Vienna Festival Ballet is proud to present the classic tale of Cinderella, one of the best-known rags-to-riches fairy tales of all time. A mistreated young girl, a glass slipper, two comical ugly step-sisters and a handsome prince combine to make the perfect piece of story-telling.
Vienna Festival Ballet’s production of Cinderella is based on the traditional story, the ballet will surely touch and reach out to everyone’s heart, with its combination of pure classical dancing and a touch of pantomime.
The music contains a collection of Rossini’s most famous operatic achievements and has been especially arranged for Vienna Festival Ballet

Jennifer's Dancers return to the Grand for their street dance showcase 2017. Over 200 students from Lancashire and Cumbria will take to the stage to showcase a variety of street dance skills from breakdance to hip hop. With ages 4 through to adult taking to the stage this show is guaranteed to be entertaining from start to finish showcasing the wonderful street dance talents of our students.

Belle lives a quiet provincial life in the village of Ooh La La… until an Evil Enchantress arrives in town. Belle’s father accidentally stumbles across a terrifying Beast and his daughter is taken captive… Now it is up to Jolly King Cheggers, the village idiot Wally, Dame Dolly Doolittle and the mysterious Fairy Tale to save the day and unlock the Beast’s magical secret.

The Lancashire Hotpots love a good feed and their new show Food Glorious Food showcases all their favourite songs about grub. As well as favourites such as Showpmobility Scooter and I Fear Ikea, the lads will be piling on the comedy calories with songs about late night kebabs, fussy eaters and everyone’s favourite, a chippy tea! Forget Weightwatchers and join the Hotpots for a night of madcap music and laughs.

Following a triumphant run as Elphaba in Wicked the Musical on Broadway, Rachel Tucker hits the road for her first UK solo tour. Rachel is currently reprising her role as Elphaba in London’s West End, as part of Wicked’s special 10th Anniversary cast, having also previously played the role to great acclaim in London for 3 years, where she holds the title of longest consecutive running Elphaba and won the 2011 WhatsOnStage award for Best Takeover in a Role. Expect all of the best Wicked songs, mixed in with some jazz, soul and classic musical theatre numbers.

Lancaster Grand and The Bay Radio presents 'A Grand Variety Night' with proceeds going to the Neil Marshall Memorial Fund.
The people behind the Neil Marshall Memorial Fund are planning 12 months of fundraising events supported by The Bay including a variety night of music and other entertainment at Lancaster Grand Theatre.
The former Lancaster City captain died in November following a two-year battle with cancer. Neil had made 435 appearances for the club over 10 years. Many hundreds from far and wide have already paid tribute to the long-serving Giant Axe captain and Lancaster legend.
Acts include Heather Small, Kenny Thomas, Voce, Josh Taylor, JB School of Dance, Amy Jo Clough, Steven Hall and Marvellous Events. More acts to be announced.
