JOB DESCRIPTION: Lancaster Grand Theatre Duty Manager
Responsible to: the Theatre Manager
Outline of Role: To hold the delegated Licensee responsibility by being present and in charge during the whole time the Theatre is open to the public, including securing the premises and duties relating to the Theatre Licence and contracted arrangements. Required to be or become a Personal Licence Holder and a qualified first aider. No formal qualifications needed for this role as all training will be paid for and delivered by the Lancaster Grand. Ability to work well with volunteers, the general public and touring companies is essential to this role.
