Join the Team– Duty Manager Roles Now Open at Lancaster Grand Theatre

Lancaster Grand Theatre, one of the UK’s oldest working theatres, is seeking new Duty Managers to join its small but dedicated operations team.

Lancaster Footlights & Grand Theatre CIO is recruiting up to two Duty Managers to support the safe, smooth and enjoyable running of performances at the historic 460-seat venue.

The variable hours, flexible roles are ideal for individuals with leadership, hospitality, or customer service experience who thrive in dynamic, people-focused environments. Duty Managers oversee the Front of House, Box Office, Stage and Technical teams to ensure every performance runs seamlessly.

Applications close Monday 17 November – but may close early due to high levels of interest.
