New Visual & Social Stories to Support Accessible Visits!
As part of our ongoing commitment to accessibility, we are delighted to share our updated Theatre Visit Visual Story, designed to help audiences prepare for their visit to Lancaster Grand Theatre. We hope this resource offers reassurance, clarity, and support for anyone who may benefit from understanding the theatre environment in advance.
We are also thrilled to release the 2025 Social Story for the Relaxed Performance of Snow White, taking place on Saturday 29 November at 10:30am.
This year, the Social Story focuses entirely on the narrative and experience of the show, while the Visual Story covers the theatre space itself. For the most comprehensive preparation, we recommend using both documents ahead of the Relaxed Pantomime.
If you have already booked tickets for the Relaxed Performance and we have your email address, copies of both stories will be sent to you automatically. Paper copies will also be available from the Box Office.
