Thank You & Feedback Event 2025 – A Special Evening for Our Footlights Family
Following the success of last year’s gathering, we’re bringing it back—bigger and better!

On Wednesday, 16th April 2025, we invite all members, staff, and volunteers of Lancaster Footlights and Grand Theatre CIO to join us for an evening of celebration, recognition, and connection. This exclusive event is our way of saying thank you for the incredible dedication and passion that make everything we achieve possible.

What to Expect
– Celebrating Our 2025 Successes – Reflecting on another fantastic year and the contributions that brought it to life.
– Trustees’ Insights – Hear directly from our trustees about how they are volunteering their time to help the theatre continue to thrive.
– Exclusive First Look at Our New Survey Results – Be the first to hear the general outcomes of our brand-new staff, member, and volunteer survey.
– Special Recognitions & Awards – We’ll be celebrating those who have gone above and beyond, awarding lifetime Footlights memberships and recognizing our ‘unsung heroes’, nominated by you!
– Welcome Drink & Free Buffet – Enjoy some well-earned refreshments while catching up with fellow volunteers, staff, and members.

This evening is strictly for our Lancaster Footlights and Grand Theatre CIO community, and we’d love for as many of you as possible to attend. Let’s come together, celebrate our successes, and look ahead to an exciting future for our beloved theatre.
